Our wildlife exclusion team is experienced in preventing reentry. For added peace of mind, our work is backed with our 1-year guarantee against future animal intrusions through our repairs. Extended warranties are available. The only things our warranty doesn’t cover are humans and mother nature.

    Rat

    Rats in a home pose serious health risks from diseases like hantavirus and salmonellosis, transmitted through droppings and urine. Rats can cause structural damage by chewing wires, leading to potential fires, and by damaging insulation and walls.     Bats are protected in Florida by both State and Federal laws. Removal and clean up should be done by a licensed professional.

    It can be dangerous to have bats in your attic due to the risk of contracting diseases like histoplasmosis from inhaling bat guano (droppings) or rabies from bat bites or saliva, and potential structural damage from guano. You should not attempt to remove bats yourself. Instead, contact Mid-Florida Wildlife service for safe and humane removal.

    Squirrel

    Squirrels in Florida can cause significant damage by chewing electrical wires, creating fire hazards and electrical malfunctions; shredding insulation, reducing energy efficiency; and damaging the home's structure by tearing through wood, soffits, and shingles.
